Minor in Classical Culture

The Minor degree explores Greek and Roman culture (material; intellectual; religious) from Troy to Augustine; Classical languages and literatures (Greek, Latin, and in English translation); and the reception of Classical Antiquity.  The Minor complements degree programs across campus.

Required Course Work

Four (4) courses (12 hours)
3000-level or above CLAS courses

One (1) Elective (3 hours)
3000-level or above CLAS, LATN, or GREK course or other 3000- level or above course with approval from the department.
